Carson Graham Secondary Replacement School is a LEED Gold Certified institutional development located in picturesque North Vancouver.  In keeping with this serenity and commitment to sustainability, the school features bioswales as part of the landscaping.  The rooftop also features solar panels that act as an energy source and large skylights that create significant ambient light and reduce energy consumption.  The 3 storey steel structure is 10,000 square meters, features 150 classroom and new gymnasium.

Open for the September 2012 school year, the main structure comprises concrete foundations, structural steel frame and steel stud walls.  Solar panels have been incorporated in the design and will generate energy that is intended to contribute not only to the sustainable operation of the building, but also its overarching educational purpose.
