Doug MacFarlane is the President and CEO of ITC Construction Group. Doug has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with diverse experience gained working in the Residential, Commercial and Civil construction sectors. Doug keeps his finger on the pulse of Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton’s new construction market; for 20 years, Doug has worked closely with ITC’s clients throughout Western Canada to ensure their vision and metrics for their properties are realized through the sound construction of the project. Doug’s knowledge and capability has helped ITC Construction Group become one of Western Canada’s largest General Contractors and one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
Brad Burnett, GSC – Vice President Preconstruction
Brad is the Vice President of Preconstruction for ITC Construction Group. After achieving a diploma in Building Engineering Technology – Economics Option at BCIT, Brad has acquired over 20 years of experience with estimating, contract negotiation and cost analysis in both the Vancouver and Calgary construction markets. He is also a Gold Seal Certified Estimator.
Brad is responsible for managing the business development and preconstruction process for the BC and Alberta region. He possesses solid experience in residential and commercial construction with an emphasis on value-engineering, design-assist and design-build projects.
Harold Barisoff – Vice President Construction, BC Region – Residential
Harold has been a part of ITC’s team for over 20 years. He brings valuable practical experience to the overall management of ITC’s Residential Division. As the Vice President Construction, Harold is responsible for overseeing the construction, financial management and human resources requirements for multiple projects on an on-going basis. His recent accomplishments include: 2300 Kingsway, YU, West Pender Place, Atelier, CITYPOINT, O2, Ocean Walk and Raffles on Robson.
Rick McGill – Vice President of Operations
Rick is a key member of the ITC team having proven his management skills through many years of work as a Superintendent and concrete high-rise specialist. As Vice President of Operations, Rick provides leadership and overall supervision, monitoring and scheduling of field operations to assure compliance with Construction Contracts, Budgets, Schedules, Quality Assurance, and the ITC Health and Safety Program.
Wendy Coulson, CPA, CMA – Director of Finance
With 20 year of experience in Finance and Accounting in construction and property management, Wendy brings a wealth of experience to ITC Construction Group’s management team. Her strengths include providing analytical, managerial and operational guidance to project teams. She is a natural leader with a keen eye for detail as she oversees ITC’s Finance and Accounting, and Information Technology departments.
David Carlton – Director of Business Development, Alberta Region
With over 25 years in the construction industry in the United Kingdom and Canada, David possesses solid experience in residential and commercial construction with an emphasis on value-engineering, design-assist and design-build projects. David works closely with ITC’s clients, consultants and trade partners from the early design stages right through to final documents. He is responsible for establishing accurate budgets; selecting appropriate trade partners; and tendering and negotiating successful trade contracts. Ultimately, David monitors the design to ensure the final design meets the client’s vision.
Mathias Graf, MSc, CEng MICE, GSC – Director of Operations, Alberta Region
As a well-traveled construction professional, Mathias brings valuable worldly experience to the ITC team. He is a committed and passionate Project Director with experience in the development and implementation of infrastructure and residential development projects internationally. Mathias is a seasoned member of the ITC team in Alberta; he has worked on ITC’s complex high rise residential projects and delivered quality results to our clients through his leadership, discipline, and solutions-based approach to project management and communication.
Kris Hammar, GSC, B. Tech – Construction Manager
Kris is a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager; he has proven his ability to meet client objectives as demonstrated by his successful management of many significant high rise residential developments. His leadership skills, proven decision-making ability and value-engineering knowledge have resulted in positive outcomes for his projects and teams.
As Construction Manager, Kris works with project team stakeholders from the early design stages right through to final documents. He is responsible for monitoring the design to ensure the final design meets the client’s vision; establishing accurate budgets; selecting appropriate trade partners; and tendering and negotiating successful trade contracts.
David Bowyer – Project Director
David brings over 25 years of Project Management experience gained in high rise residential, institutional, commercial and industrial construction to the ITC Construction Group team. He is a diligent, results-oriented leader with proven problem solving and decision-making capabilities. Project after project, his client-centered approach keeps the team focused on cost and schedule control.
