Estimator - Junior

We are currently recruiting an Estimator (junior level) for our Calgary Regional Office. The successful candidate will have the ability to work both independently and within a team, have strong communication skills and attention to detail. Candidate should have a minimum of two years of construction related experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the Architectural Technology Program or Bachelor of Technology (NAIT).
Project Assistant

We are searching for a Project Assistant for our Vancouver division. The Project Assistant role will require the individual to work at the project site. Day to day duties will include (but will not be limited to) data entry, filing and document management. The role also provides support to the project team in daily management of project activities. Diligent commitment to providing excellent customer service to team members, consultants and trades.

ITC is looking for safety-focused, dynamic, results-oriented individuals who are focused on growing their careers in a fast-paced environment to join our team with projects throughout the Lower Mainland. The purpose of this position is to ensure that the Corporate Health and Safety Program is strictly adhered to on our project sites and the health and safety of all individuals working on ITC sites are protected. We value strong leadership, effective communication and building quality relationships with clients, trade partners and consultants. Please note, experience performing the safety role on a project from beginning to end is preferred.

The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager with demonstrated success in project performance including: project budget, cost control, forecasting, schedule and quality control. We are looking for enthusiastic, high caliber Superintendents to join our team. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in multi-unit construction; preference will be given to candidates that have construction experience leading multi-unit, high rise projects. The Site Superintendent’s responsibility and accountability are without limit within the operational aspects of the budget, schedule, quality, safety and personnel management scope of the project. The Site Superintendent is responsible for ensuing site operations of his/her project meet ITC’s operating standards, and will work in cooperation with the other team members (e.g. Area Operations Manager and Project Manager) in the common interest of the project.
