2300 Kingsway is a dynamic 5 building, mixed-use complex located in Vancouver’s Renfrew-Collingwood neighbourhood at Kingsway and Nanaimo.  Located on the former site of the long-time El Dorado Motel, the project has created 423 new homes and consists of 3 concrete towers, wood frame townhomes, and an independent steel structure that is home to the Terry Taylor Childcare Facility.

The development is designed to meet LEED Silver accreditation for the residential and retail components.
