ITC is responsible for the heritage restoration aspect of the development; this includes the three-storey, 88 year old Beaux Arts-style mansion on the grand estate — a brick-clad, stone-trimmed structure — as well as the heritage designated brick coach house and a gatehouse.
The heritage restoration project will result in the historical buildings’ conversation to 13 condominiums and amenity space.
