Located at 2300 Kingsway, this standalone childcare facility is a 4,700 SF steel structure built to the exacting specifications of the City of Vancouver. Built to LEED Gold standards, the daycare was completed on an aggressive 9 month schedule due to the site layout and resulting requirements for occupancy of the overall complex.
A unique element of the facility is that it is a standalone structure as opposed to begin built into a tower. The daycare is also neatly secured with the adjoining walls of the Eldorado Townhomes and features two playgrounds.
