Brad joined ITC in 2003 and has over 25 years of industry experience in large scale mixed-use, residential and commercial construction. With a background as a Gold Seal Certified Estimator, he has worked on ITC's most complex and high-profile projects; working directly with developers, to bring their ideas to actualization. As President of ITC, Brad oversees the execution of the company’s continued success in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario where he plays a vital role in expanding ITC’s operations, strategic planning, and client development.

Doug MacFarlane Bio

Doug has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Since joining ITC in 1996, he has been a remarkable leader and a key driver in the growth and development of the organization. With his wide-reaching industry network, he keeps his finger on the pulse of construction in Western Canada. Doug is a registered member of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and a member of the Urban Development Institute – Pacific Region.  He is a former board member of the Vancouver Regional Construction Association, spent 2 years on the Wood First Advisory Committee, and is currently Vice-Chair for Pomerleau West.

Mathias Graf Bio

Mathias brings valuable international experience to the ITC team. Since joining ITC in 2007, he has worked on ITC’s complex high rise residential projects and delivered quality results to our clients through his leadership, discipline, and solutions-based approach to project management. Mathias plays a significant role in providing leadership and direction to our teams, and oversees day-to-day operations across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.

David Carlton Bio

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry gained in the United Kingdom and Canada, David possesses solid experience in residential and commercial construction with an emphasis on value-engineering, design-assist and design-build projects. David works closely with ITC’s clients, consultants and trade partners during the design phase by applying his value-engineering capabilities and extensive knowledge of material inputs to bring projects into the construction phase. David joined ITC in 2012 and plays a key leadership role in preconstruction across Canada.

Vince Lee Bio

Vince is an experienced professional with diverse industry experience with growth-oriented companies. He is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified General Accountant (CGA). He is a natural leader with a keen eye for detail as he oversees ITC’s Finance and Accounting, and Information Technology departments.

Brandie Andrews Bio

Brandie has been a part of ITC’s safety team since 2012.  Her leadership impacts our entire organization as she is responsible for maintaining and implementing ITC’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manual; updating our safety programs, practices and procedures; and maintaining our high standards to earn our COR designation. On a daily basis, she manages a team of over 20 personnel to ensure the safety of all team members, subtrades and the public at large; she also works closely with HR on the training and development of our safety personnel.

She excels in creating innovative solutions that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational performance. Jotes is dedicated to fostering positive workplace cultures and aligning people strategies with business goals.

Tom Gevatkoff Bio

Tom has been a part of the ITC team for over 30 years. With extensive experience as a Superintendent, Tom provides leadership and training to our operations team members.  He is responsible for the overall supervision, monitoring and scheduling of field operations of our projects in British Columbia, as well as our Health and Safety Program.

Éric Desgagné Bio

Éric brings a wealth of knowledge in residential construction with over 35 years in the field, and has overseen the construction of over 15,000 units. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including strategic project planning, business development, contract negotiations, and leading the construction of complex structures. Based in the Toronto office, Éric leads the regional team as we expand into Ontario. Under his guidance, the team is poised to tackle new challenges and seize opportunities in the ever-evolving construction landscape.
