Cornerstone is a 5-storey mixed-use Commercial Retail/Office/Rental Residential building at Simon Fraser University.

The aggressive 13.5-month construction schedule has resulted in the delivery of a LEED Certified development that includes a diverse variety of food services and retail shops that have moved into the over 20 commercial spaces in the lower levels of the building.
