This flagship project for the City of Vancouver consisted of LEED Gold heritage restoration and seismic upgrade, and a commercial addition to 564 Beatty Street in Crosstown. Levels 2 through 6 are fully restored heritage brick and beam, and levels 7 through 11 are new concrete glass and steel construction. 564 Beatty is home to ITC's Corporate Office. |
