Canadian Institute of Steel Construction’s BC Steel Design Award – Architectural Division for Outstanding Steel Structure

This project consisted of the renovations and seismic upgrading of the 320 hotel suites, as well as the reconstruction of the lobby, kitchen, restaurant, show bar, and marina bar areas.

All the work was completed in an impressive 10-month schedule.

The project also included the complete demolition of the existing conference facility and the construction of a new, state-of-the-art, 72,000 sq-ft conference centre.
