The Arts Umbrella, located on Granville Island and where Emily Carr was located, is a social build venture for ITC as a part of our Building Communities program. The new Arts Umbrella was a 40,000 sqft tenant improvement. The new, modern facility houses a dynamic mix of studios, media hubs, distance learning labs, and exhibition and performance areas for existing and future programming. |
