Bayshore E&F, the second phase of the redevelopment of the Westin Bayshore Coal Harbour lands, was completed in 1999.

Designed by Henriquez Partners Architects, the project consists of 99 luxury residential units plus amenities and common areas with 302 underground parking stalls.

Individual unit customization, extensive finish options, and luxurious finishes were incorporated extensively throughout the project.
