Located in Coal Harbour, the Resort Getaway is a design by Down/Archambault in the Bayshore Development.

At the base of the 25-storey tower are 3 2-storey and three 3-storey townhomes with patios and gardens.

Completed in December 2005, the 67 spacious water-view tower residences with private entertainment-sized balconies are further enhanced by floor-to-ceiling windows and high-end finishings.
