The construction of this project consisted of selective demolition, renovation, and expansion of the existing building to accommodate a 56,191 sq-ft BMW dealership.

It includes automatic wash bays, drive-thru service centre, 18 bay service garage with an in-ground hoist and multiple Remstar units, a cafe, a customer lounge, three levels of office space, and a 30-car showroom.

Exterior features include alucombond paneling, custom split-face block work, curtain wall glazing, a detached security kiosk, and extensive landscaping including parking for 245 cars.
