Carson Graham Secondary School is a LEED Gold certified institutional development. 

The building consists of landscaping features bioswales, rooftop features solar panels that act as an energy source, and large skylights that create significant ambient light and reduce energy consumption. 

Open in September for the 2012-13 school year, Carson Graham's main structure is composed of concrete foundations, a structural steel frame, and steel-stud walls. The 3-storey school is over 100,000 sqft with 150 new classrooms and a full-size gymnasium.
