The first four floors are purpose built to be operated by First United for the society to continue to provide safe and inclusive community space and programing that reflects the needs of the community. The additional seven stories of below-market rental will be operated by Lu’ma Native Housing Society for Indigenous Peoples (over 100 studio and one-bedroom units).
