Stella is the first project ITC Construction Group completed in Calgary.

A unique feature of the project is the use of prefabricated insulated stucco panels. These panels were fabricated off-site and incorporated into the building envelope when installed on-site.

This process improved the quality of the building envelope and reduced the duration of completing the skin of the building.
