The UBC Totem Park Student Residence consists of two concrete structure buildings that consist of many green elements equivalent to a LEED Gold Rating. 

The buildings consist of 567 beds in a dormitory-style arrangement with shared washrooms, common areas, laundry, study rooms, and lounges. 

The gross buildable area is approximately 182,200 sqft. The exteriors of the buildings are a combination of brick veneer, precast, and painted concrete.
