This project was a commercial tenant improvement for the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. 

The scope of the project was to improve 11 existing commercial spaces over more than 55,000 sqft at the Olympic Village site. 

The facility was designed to support the athletes of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. The space included a medical centre, pharmacy, anti-doping testing areas, trauma centre, media room for interviews, entertainment lounged with TVs, internet lounges, wheelchair repair centre, and prayer rooms.
