Woodward's Abbott tower is a mixed-use high-rise featuring 2 levels of commercial offices that are occupied by departments of the federal government: National Film Board and Receiver General of Canada. This tower is also home to Nester's Market and Xpress News. 

There are 75 low-income family housing units built in this tower for Terra Housing.

Residents of the Abbott enjoy private patios and gardens with the penthouses, a green roof on level 11, and an amenity space on level 4 with a children's playground and garden.
