Located in the heart of Gastown in Vancouver, Ormidale Block is an energy-efficient office building.

The scope of this project was a complete heritage façade restoration. The Romanesque exterior on West Hastings Street was retained and a contemporary geometric look was created for the rear of the building facing Woodward's.
