Special Features:

The Woodward's Redevelopment Project is an imperative milestone in the City of Vancouver's efforts of revitalizing the Downtown Eastside

Henrique Partners Architect's design of the redevelopment is to preserve Woodward's history and the neighborhood's heritage character by integrating the original 1903-08 building and a replica of the original, monumental 'W' store sign.

This redevelopment is one of the city's most complex large-scale, mixed-use projects that are 1,000,000 sqft across four buildings on the same block: the W Tower (now known as Woodward's 43 or W43), the Abbott Tower, the Heritage Building, and the Hastings Building.
