The Dennis is a new purpose-built rental building – 37 storeys consisting of 448 residential units; including 89 affordable homes, 5 Townhomes and 6 Rental Replacement. The building features interior amenities on Levels 1, 2 and 3, and exterior amenities on at the Ground Level and Level 3. The underground parking garage includes 57 residential and 25 visitor parking spaces including 19 EV parking spaces.

The Dennis is also one of the first projects approved through the City of Toronto’s Purpose-built Rental Housing Incentives Stream, which launched in 2024 to deliver over 7,000 new purpose-built rental homes — at least 20% of which will be affordable rental homes for 40 to 99 years.
